What the guarantee covers, and what it doesn't

The Shelrock Guarantee describes the controls we apply to sourcing and execution. It is not a promise of a fixed price, a delivery date, or a customs or regulatory decision; those depend on specification, volume, freight, timing and third parties. Each trade is governed by its own quotation and agreement, and by our Terms.

Is Shelrock a marketplace or a trading partner?

Both, in a managed way. You find products and verified suppliers on the marketplace, but the deal runs through Shelrock. We match, negotiate, coordinate quality and documents, and track the order as one trade layer.

How are suppliers verified?

We review company and export registrations, product specifications, capacity and real product photos. OPS approves each listing before it goes public, and each verified supplier gets a permanent Supplier ID.

Why can't I see the supplier's company name?

Supplier names are kept private to protect both sides and keep the trade managed. You see the Supplier ID, verification status and capability. Full details are shared when a deal needs them.

Does it cost anything to submit a requirement?

No. Submitting a requirement is free and doesn't commit you to buy. Shelrock earns a margin on trades it completes, which is built into the agreed quotation.

What happens if the goods don't match the agreed specification?

Claim time limits, evidence and batch details, and refund or replacement terms are agreed in the quotation before the order. If there is a dispute, Shelrock mediates first, then arranges independent inspection if needed.
